Welcome to Angelic Faces Beauty. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Important: Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

2. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and take corrective action.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
• Personal care goods (including beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items and gift cards

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to complete a return. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

5. International Orders (EU Customers)

For orders shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This allows you to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Items must remain in their original condition (unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging) and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
